☆ Q. How do I purchase photos or digital files? How long will it be before I receive my photo(s)? A. Please see my Order Form to order prints or digital files. Once your order is received, I will send a Paypal.com invoice (or e-mail invoice if alternate payment method chosen) and upon receipt of payment will mail prints USPS within 2 business days and/or e-mail digital files (or link to digital files). A tracking number will be provided.

☆ Q. What forms of payment do you accept? A. My primary payment method is Paypal.com. This is a free third-party online service that allows you to pay securely via credit card or electronic check from your bank account. Please note that your personal information is not given to me, name and mailing address (if applicable) aside, and is completely confidential. If you would prefer to pay with check or money order, please let me know. These can be mailed to:

☆ Q. Many of your prices do not indicate the type of photo(s) (individal or group), which photo(s) can I expect to get? A. This is purposefully done. Unless otherwise noted, which photo(s) you get are up to you! Want print Package #1 with one individual 8"x10" and an 8"x10" of a fun/silly group photo? No problem! How about two different individual 8"x10"s? An 8"x10" of a silly group and a serious group? Sure thing! Most packages are mix & match so that you get what you want! Just be sure that you indicate in your e-mail what you would like (if I have any doubts, you can expect me to ask before invoicing you. :) ).

☆ Q. I'd like to pick up my order. Can I do that? A. Orders can be picked up from me at , but please schedule the pick-up ahead of time to ensure that everything will be ready. Do note that this is about an hour South of Goleta (without traffic).

☆ Q. How much time do I have to place an order? A. I will have the galleries up for a minimum of 90 days from the time they were posted (that being mid-October), so I would recommend placing an order within that time. Re-orders and orders may still be placed after this time by e-mailing me to request the galleries.

☆ Q. I'd prefer to not give you my address, would you send it to the Boys & Girls Club? A. So long as it has been approved with the BGC, I have no problem sending your photos to whichever address you'd prefer.

☆ Q. Do you have somewhere I can see feedback of your previous transactions? A. I have an ebay account, but haven't used it much in quite some time. I am, however, a seller on the site Etsy.com and you can feel free to look at my feedback HERE (user: crazystars).
